Responsibilities

The successful applicant will:

• Be the Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner

• Assist in preparing vouchers & schedules for monthly payments such as 2nd and third tiers social security for the firm and clients

• Assist with organising meetings for management and clients

• Assist in managing the firm's various insurance policies

• Assist the compliance officer in managing the statutory compliance requirements of clients and the firm and

• Any other duties that you may be assigned

• Bachelor's degree in the social sciences or its equivalent

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in a similar position

• Proficiency in computer software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft outlook)

• Knowledge in operating standard office equipment

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent organisational skills and

• Ability to work with little or no supervision

• Excellent research and report writing skills and

• Ability to pay attention to details
