Details of the offer

Responsibilities:Organize and schedule meetings and events.Generate monthly progress reportSupervise staff and delegate responsibilities.Prepare inventory of company properties, keep records and report updates.Supervise usage of all equipment and propertiesSupervise maintenance works by external workers and generate payment request.Supervise all activities at the facilityConduct regular inspection on all properties to determine faults and generate report.Generate request for replacement of faulty properties and ensure timely fixing or replacement.Provide maintenance reports and justify all expenditures.Assist with coordination during events and activities.Supervise farming and gardening activities.Cary out clerical duties including answering phone calls and preparing documentsAny other administrative role.Qualifications Required:A minimum qualification of HNDTwo (2) years' work experienceKnowledge in the hospitality industry is an advantageMust be self-motivated and dedicatedShould have strong organizational and communication skills.Salary Range: NegotiableKindly Note: Interested Candidate should send their CVs via the email provided above.Location:Candidate staying around Oyarifa, Aburi and Kitase and it environ are advised to applyEmployment Type:Full Time
