Job Summary
Must manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects
Must be able to break a scope of work into packages
Must be competent and confident with client and subcontractors liaison

Qualification Required & Experience
BSc. Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics
Being a member of a professional body would be an advantage
Minimum of 5 years experience
