Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:Supervision of Cleaning (Environment, Work Surfaces, Equipment and Machinery)Monitor and Report on Pest Control ActivitiesIn Process Quality ControlRaw Materials and Finished Products Conformance InspectionSupervision of Staff in adhering to Good Manufacturing ProcessEnsure proper documentation of items for ProductionEnsure proper accounting of Raw Materials, Finished Goods, and Waste ProductsInspect Products at Various stages of ProductionMonitor, Measure, and Report on Production processes and performance and ensure effective communication among team membersPlan, Organize and Lead a team of Production workers to achieve a target and output, starting time, and yield on a daily basisEnsure good housekeeping and safety at the workplaceAny other duties assigned from time to time by the supervisorQualification:A minimum of HND in Laboratory Science, Food Technology, or Nutrition, Science related field.Working in the food industry is a plus.Knowledge of quality and production safety methods and requirementsExperience in manufacturing or related fields is preferredAbility to follow verbal and written instructions.Good communication skills and desire to work with other team membersLocation:AccraEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary Range:Attractive
