Job Description
Assist Customers with their questions
Offer advice on common ailments and know when to refer to a pharmacist
Have good knowledge about over-the-counter medicines
To be able to ensure appropriate inventory and stock control
Be able to ensure proper storage of medicines and other products at the pharmacy
Be able to perform administrative duties
Qualification and Requirements
An MCA Certificate from a recognized institution is required
At least two-year’s experience in a community pharmacy
Excellent Knowledge of MS office (especially Excel and Word)
Proficient in English (Oral and written)
Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
