Medical Representative

Responsibilities:Selling the company's medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare professionals.Excellent technical and clinical knowledgeScheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications.Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.Following up on leads generated by the company and coordinate with sales team to close deals.Preparing presentations for potential customers and lobby for orders in government /private hospitals.Researching competitor's medications and their respective market performances.Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company's business strategies.Coordinate with sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly target.Give feedback on competitor's products and strategy to the company.Medical Representative Requirements:Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, pharm DMinimum of 1 year working experience in either in pharma marketing or community pharmacy.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Valid driver's license.Strong negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills.Persuasive and resilient.Employment Time: Full TimeLocation: TakoradiSalary Range: GHC 3500 + month + Incentive + Company maintained car with limited Fuel.
