It Operator (Data Center, Up To 20K)

Duties: * Conduct daily systems operations, including batch jobs submission, perform data backup tasks
* Monitor computer, systems and network operation in normal manners and be able to identify and react to failure conditions
* Follow shift supervisor in the operation and maintenance of networking, telecommunications and computer hardware systems
* Liaise with parties to diagnose and report on problem situations
* Handle helpdesk phone calls and call registration into helpdesk system

Requirements:

* Diploma holder in Computer Studies or equivalent
* At least 1-year relevant experience in data center operations of computer servers, systems and networks
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Good team player and able to work independently
* Willing to communicate in English and Chinese
* 7 x 24 shift duties is required
