Key Responsibilities:Design and deploy HR plans for the assigned country in line with business needs and prioritiesDevelop and review strategies, policies and procedures which will minimize organizational disputation and unrestDevelop Corporate plans for a variety of HR matters vis a vis Compensation, benefits, health & Safety etcDispute settlements according to labor law, Factory rules & compliance guidelinesUndertake the ongoing development of human resource, employee relations, health and safety policies and proceduresDeveloping, analyzing and updating the Company's salary budgetMaintaining Company directory and other organizational chartsFormulating plans for meeting the Company's manpower requestsEmbed a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that service maintains pace with contemporary practice and is designed with customer (internal or external) and community needs in mindProvide overall support and management to all employees, identify development needs and facilitate appropriate training Develop, implement and promote effective communication channels between staff, managers and the organization development clientsEnsure deployment of all people processes – manpower planning, talent acquisition & management, compensation & benefits, HR Operations & Policies and Labour relations & Administration for the businessPartner with line managers to ensure effective deployment of people processesEnsure deployment of the company values and building a performance-based cultureEnsure compliances in line with local regulations and practicesMeasure and publish manpower reports to business leadership team to aid appropriate decision-makingEnsuring robust processes are followed across all HR systemsOversee administrative activities in the countryAny other duties as assigned by the reporting managerRequirements and Skills:Post-graduation / MBA in HR8-10 years in similar capacityKnowledge of local labor laws and government regulationsExperience in dealing with International colleagues preferredAbility to take peers and managers along in various change management initiativesDomain expertise (HR)Business understandingStakeholder managementProcess orientation & system thinkingTeam managementMS Office / IT ToolsEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary Range:AttractiveLocation:Accra
