Job Description
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients;
verifying information
Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines;
recommending improved procedures

Qualification and Requirements
A minimum of an HND is required
At least 1-3 years work experience
Good telephone communication skills
Applicants must be willing to work during night shift from 6pm to 6am
Must possess good interpersonal skills
Must have a strong admin background
Must be able to type 30 words within a minute
