Job Description
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant standard drink recipe.
Present drink menu and ensure they are set at the table including making recommendations.
Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks and appetizers for clients.
Maintain cleanliness within the workstation, and bar environment
Check stores and make daily requisitions.
Set tables and ensure that all items used are clean, not damaged and in a good state.
Take customer orders and ensure they are executed rightly.
Ensure tables are cleaned at all times
Ensure that customers are correctly charged, courteously presents bills and receive payments at the appropriate time.
Perform other duties as may be assigned
Qualification and Requirements
At least SHS Certificate required
Should possess a minimum of two (2) years working experience in the same or similar role.
