Accountant

Job Description:Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions using accounting software.Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Analyze financial data and provide insights to management on financial performance and trends.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.Assist with audits and regulatory filings, providing documentation and explanations as required.Stay updated on changes in accounting principles and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments.Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations. Implement controls and procedures to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness of financial operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.ICA or ACCA is a plusMinimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.Knowledge in Tally Accounting SoftwareStrong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (GAAP/IFRS).Proficiency in accounting software.Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Kindly Note:Must leave in Kasoa Official Town and its environment.NB:CV's should be sent to: ( ****** )Salary Range: NegotiableLocation: (Kasoa)Employment Type:(Full time)
