As part of a global network with roots in Brazil, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, sustainability, and the development of local communities.Key Responsibilities:Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily business operations.Develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.Manage and support the implementation of business initiatives.Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, including organizing professional development and training as needed.Prepare and present reports on general operations and progress to senior management.Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our staff complies with health and safety regulations.Manage budgets and forecasts, working closely with the finance department to ensure financial goals are met.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Proven experience in an operational management or leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing or agricultural sector.Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.Desired Skills:Knowledge of Power BI is a plus; training will be provided as needed.Experience in the agriculture or manufacturing sectors, particularly in a multinational corporation.Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g., ERP, CRM).Why Join Us?At Usibras Ghana Limited, you will be part of a vibrant team that is passionate about transforming the agricultural sector in Ghana and making a global impact.
