Job SummaryThe role will include entering daily sales onto our system and the allocation of jobs to the technical team.Minimum Qualification: HNDExperience Level: Mid levelExperience Length: 2 yearsJob Description/RequirementsResponsibilitiesCoordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policySupervise members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performanceManage agendas, travel plans, and appointments for upper managementReport to General ManagerManage emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and other forms of correspondenceSupport bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the companyCreate and update databases and records for financial information, personnel, and other dataTrack and replace office and site supplies when necessarySubmit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as neededManage human resources and related issuesQualification and RequirementsThe preferred candidate must be smart, quick to learn and a good team player. Must be computer literateMust be willing to work Monday to Saturday from 8.00am to 6.00pm. A minimum of a HND is requiredAt least 2 years experience in a related fieldWithin the age range 28 to 38 years.
