Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employeesCoordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hiresHandle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to employees and managersAdminister employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policiesMaintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulationsAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresConduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managersStay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations and ensure compliance with relevant legislationAssist with other HR projects and initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar roleStrong understanding of HR best practices and principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS softwareDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsHR certification is a plusLocation:Kanda - AccraEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary Range:Attractive
