This is a field job where representatives will be assigned to the zones to cover the Northern, Middle Belt, Eastern and Greater Accra regions.

Job Description
Responsibilities
To report to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the Company.
To monitor operational activities including but not limited to loading and offloading of agro-based commodities within the Northern, Middle Belt, Eastern or Greater Accra zone, per directive by the COO.
To seek bulk buyers of agro-based commodities within the Northern, Middle Belt, Eastern or Greater Accra zone, per directive by the COO.
To provide any relevant information and advice on the job.
To be honest, trustworthy and dedicated.
Any other related activity as and when required.
Qualification and Requirements
Must at least have tertiary education and be able to communicate and comprehend English.
Must at least have tertiary education and be able to communicate and comprehend English.
Must be residing within the Northern, Middle Belt, Eastern or Greater Accra regions as no accommodation will be provided unless a temporal accommodation is necessary in peculiar cases.
Must have strong sales skills.
Must be proactive, hardworking, honest, trustworthy and dedicated.

TERMS:
1-year contract (including 2-month probation) subject to renewal.
The Representative will be provided with all financial resources relevant to the job and will earn a fixed
allowance per month plus bonuses on a commission
basis subject to him/her achieving monthly sales targets within the assigned
zone.
