We are looking for a Team Leader for our Operations Team!

Responsibilities:
Manage and communicate team performance to the CS and Ops teams.
Facilitate test runs to help convert leads to paying customers.
Participate in calibration and recalibration.
Enlighten agents by providing new research updates and directions, as per the ICP.
Complete a minimum of 4 documented coaching sessions for each agent per month.
Effectively manage the leads research output for their projects.
Communicate training needs to the Training Team.
Onboard new lead researchers to their respective research projects.
Ad-hoc tasks, relating to the role.

Duties :
Check and update the team / cluster attendance
Communicate with the Operations Coordinator if there are any attendance issues from the lead research team
Prepare and administer coaching sessions and formulate effective action plans.
