Responsibilities:Provide Career and academic counseling to prospective studentsCounseling students with admission requirements as per their eligibilityEnsure Students in our database are contacted by phone call, SMS, email and invited to school visits, seminars etc must ensure all such visits are very productiveTake charge of leads and follow up activities to ensure high application to student enrollmentResponsible for the entire student admission cycle: Own lead generation, Prospecting, follow ups, Counselling, applications to schools and Visa applicationMust champion Telephone campaign exercise for the company, scout around for local database of Students & Corporate Institution and sell the Company ServicesEstablish and Maintain links with Alumni'sBuilding strategic and mutual beneficial relationships with schools, Universities, Corporate institutions identified as source for student recruitmentQualification:Bachelor's or Associate's degree in CounselingMinimum of 3 years' professional counseling experience, preferably in an educational fieldExperience in Sales/Marketing/Student Recruitment and Career CounselingQualities/Skills;Excellent communication and Presentation skills both oral and writtenExcellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to work effectively and consultatively in teamwork environmentKnowledge of the UK, AUSTRALIA, CANADA AND U.S.A education systems and career pathways for studentsAbility to develop and maintain excellent working relationship and customer focused with a passion to assist studentsResult oriented individual with strong track record in international student recruitmentGreat leadership skillsPlease notethat only those who meet the requirements of this position should apply and only short-listed candidates would be contacted.
