About the job

Guarantee the correct operation of the technical assistance service in the assigned area, ensuring the satisfaction of the customer, managing for this purpose the technical and human resources allocated.

Management:
-Manage and lead the service team under their responsability, to obtain from them the expected performance.
- Ensure the achievement of the goals set in your area (quality and quantity) through planning, organization and control, coordinating the means and resources necessary for its achievement.
- Control the expense of technicians and service subcontractors in the assigned area.
Strategy:
- Participate in the strategic plan of After Sales and Service, analyzing the general operation and offering ideas and solutions thinking in the long term.
- Promote a culture of continuos improvement in the area to encourage the optimization of processes and service.

Customer:
- Adress customer complaints regarding the service, providing solutions for their resolutions.

Requirements

Technical service experience
Industrial machinary maintenance experience
Team management
Swedish
English
Customer orientation
Comunication skills
Microsot Office (Word, excel and PP)
Availability to travel around Sweden
