Prepare written reports for management review and legal documentation as necessary.Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to employees, tenants, visitors, and clients by answering questions, giving directions, and addressing concerns in a courteous manner. Maintain a visible and approachable presence to promote a sense of safety and security.Security Procedures: Enforce company policies and procedures related to security, including but not limited to, access control, property protection, and emergency protocols.
