Reporting to:
Head of Account Directors
Servicing and calibration report on weighing scale:
Capacity 250KG on a very platform scale 250kg has been serviced, calibrated and adjusted to read standard weights on the production floor.
Primary Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/ potential customers to meet their needs.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Promote company programmes.
Reach out to customer leads via calls, email.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Co ordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Analyze the territory/ markets potential, track sales, and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities,and potential for new products.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Maintaining clients’ record.
Generate leads
Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
Qualification and Requirements
HND Marketing/ its equivalent (minimum of 3 years experience)
Proven experience as a sales representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Understand the sales process and dynamics
Excellent customer service
Communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations
Relationship management skills
Openness to feedback
Scopes of faults to be diagnosed or maintained semi-annually are as follows:
Re-conditioning of four thrust races under scale platform.
Re-conditioning of one rack and rack guide and ball races.
Re-conditioning of one pinion complete.
Testing of four corner points on the scale platform and adjustment.
General calibration with standard weights to read standard weight.
