Job Description
To receive inbound calls, advise customers on the product types to enable them to make the right choices.
Engage walk-in customers and help them identify what they need.
Accurately maintain customer databases and generate sales report.
To provide real- time feedback to online customers wanting products.
Ensure items on display at the showroom are neat at all times.
To provide an estimate based on the client's measurements of the work area.
Arrange for measurement to be taken at the client's site in order to provide accurate estimates.
Prepare a job card based on client's needs and specification.
Do follow -ups on behalf of the customer and provide feedback.
Check with client for feedback and ensure the installation team provide images on the work done.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualification and Requirements
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (marketing option) or related field.
Two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding the sales process and its dynamics
Great interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
