Sales Person

Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.Provide product knowledge and information to customers.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.Maintain a clean and organized store environment.Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and company policies.Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Any experience in building material industry would help (doors and kitchens in the Showroom)Need dynamic and sincere personnelWould prefer age between 25-35Candidate will be required to go on field work by visiting clients and networking.Salary Range: Attractive plus commissionLocation:AccraEmployment Type:Full Time
