Responsibilities:Identify and qualify leads within the industrial laboratory sector through market research, networking, and prospecting.Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including laboratory managers, researchers, and procurement professionals.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our technical equipment.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns and promotional materials.Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.Provide ongoing support to customers, including training, troubleshooting, and addressing any concerns or issues.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to effectively position our products in the market.Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network with potential customers and promote our brand.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a business administration, chemistry, or Industrial Laboratory Technology5 years' experience in sales, preferably within the industrial equipment and reagent sector.Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Location:AccraEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary Range:Attractive.
