Job Description
A food processing company located in Accra is looking for Sales Officers who are experienced in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, especially with biscuits and confectionery. The Sales Officer must be currently stationed in one of the areas listed below and will coordinate sales within the respective region; hence sales experience in the assigned territory is necessary.
Territory:
1. Goaso, Ahafo Region
2. Damango, Savannah Region
3. Sefwi-Wiawso, Western North Region
Scope of Duties:
The Sales Officer will be responsible for sales in the region & sales related issues within territory.
The Sales Officer will be responsible for sales collection and creation of new customers.
Developing specific plans to ensure both long and short-term growth.
Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
Requirements
At least 2 years working experience in a similar role.
Great communication, presentation, negotiation and sales planning skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Results driven with motivation for sales.
