Job Description
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong
presence
Setting objectives, coaching, motivating and performance monitoring of Sales Executives to ensure that a high professional standard and monthly
sales targets are achieved
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Build and maintain a strong and dedicated sales team
Identify emerging markets
Provide on-the-ground support for sales Executives as they generate leads and close new
deals
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our
company's relationship with them
Provide weekly sales report to the General Manager/ Sales &Marketing
Qualifications/Skills
At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or
professional certificate in Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 6 years hard-core successful sales management experience in B2B and B2C or 5 years proven track record in sales of IT, office equipment
and telecom.
Experience in Selling and Leasing contract is an advantage
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
