Duties:Organize workflow, assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.Set and communicate goals to staffManage and oversee the team Ensure production SOPs are being adhered toEnsure safe use of tools and machinery Streamline production to yield optimal results Submit monthly reports on performance and progressOversee procurement and proper warehousing SOPs. Qualification:The ideal candidate must;Be competent and understand complex operations with a good knowledge of SOPs governing production in the fashion industry. Have a good skills in MS OfficeHave organizational and leadership skillsBe goal oriented with problem solving skillsBe result-driven Have good managerial skillsHave good communication and interpersonal skillsHND or Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management or a technical field.
