Essential Job Duties:
· Responsible with working with the Business Development Director to identify products that are suitable for the business
· Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
· Ensuring that customer satisfaction and goals are met
· Product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals
· Conducts market research; generate product requirements
· Help determine pricing and time-integrated plans for product introduction
· Developing market strategies
· Appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
· Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product
specifications and requirements;
· Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
· Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.
· Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data;
reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and
customized orders.
· Any other duties assigned
Education & Basic Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Procurement /
Sales & Marketing or related areas
· 3+ years of experience
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
· Able to get his point across and make suggestion
based on fact and data
