We are a reputable international NGO in water production and distribution that provides safe, affordable and sustainable drinking water and improved health and hygiene services for rural and peri-urban areas of Ghana, seeks results-oriented and dynamic persons to fill the under listed position as Personal Assistant.
Responsibilities

Ultimately, the duties of aPersonal Assistantcan be extremely broad and vary on a day-to-day basis.
The job description should include:
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls

managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation organizing events and conferences
reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
managing databases and filing systems
implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems liaising with staff, suppliers and clientscollating and filing expenses
miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, e.g completing
some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.

Qualification Required & Experience

Must have accredited diploma/HND/Degree
Proven leadership qualities, decision making and management ability
Ability to manage time effectively by meeting deadline,
