Job Description
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Take dictation and minutes
Source office suppliesProduce reports, presentations and briefs
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Qualification and Requirements
A minimum of a Diploma, HND or Degree in Business Administration
At least 1-2 years experience in relevant field
Should possess good communication skills
Good written and spoken English
Local dialect (Ga and Twi)
Well organized and punctual
Should be a computer literate
Preferred Candidates should be between the ages of 22-27 years
Should reside around Latebiokoshie, Mamprobi, Kaneshie, Dansoman, Mallam, Korle-Bu, North Kaneshie, Mataheko
