Onsite Support Engineer (Few Posts)

Duties: * Provide level 1 on-site technical support to end-users in office networked environments
* Commission and troubleshoot workstations, print servers, routers and firewalls
* Perform routine maintenance on workstations and network infrastructure
* Other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

* Certificate / Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
* Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
* Has a good understanding of Windows Operating System, networking and computer hardware
* Pleasant personality and good analytic skill
* Willing to travel to clients' office
