Nursery Teacher

Responsibilities includes but not limited to Prepare and plan weekly, termly and Yearly forecasts To prepare lesson plans, implement and deliver the class curriculum To plan and teach using a wide tandem of appropriate teaching and learning styles indoors and outdoors To maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines at all times To maintain children's records, assess, mark and prepare reports for management and parents To promote Christian values and morales To attend staff meetings and in-service training To carry out duties as directed by the Headteacher Required Skills or Experience Person specification includes You need to be an enthusiastic, friendly and energetic individual Must have previous experience of working with children in a Nursery School environment Must have completed or studying towards GES NNTTC / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education Must have knowledge of Jolly Phonics and Montessori methods of teaching or willing to learn Must be I.T. literate and confident in using ICT equipment and digital resources Be flexible, willing to learn and adapt to new methods of working
