Job PurposeOperate and carry out first linemaintenance activities as directed by relevant Discipline Supervisor on the FPSOprocess and utilities plant in a safe and efficient manner, being aware ofsafety of others, effective utilisation of FPSO systems and processes relatedto FPSO operations, ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirementsand in line with the 35 x Performance standards/associated assurance tasks. Provides and carry out first linemaintenance activities for Topsides and Engine room/Utilities as directed byrelevant Discipline Supervisor on the FPSO as outlined in PD below. Carry out Preventative maintenance andrepair work, shutdowns, isolations and planned maintenance in accordance with the CMMS ensuring. All maintenance and maintenance relatedactivities are carried out to the highest standardsAll test and inspection routines required bythe Planned Maintenance System are completedProper records/history and reports aremaintainedReview and update Job descriptions for plannedmaintenance as required Be familiar with and lead by examplewith the Facility’s plant and machinery their safe operation and maintenance and will ensure knowledgeof safety requirements including work permit systems, operational and emergencyprocedures, company policy and instructions.
