Responsibilities and Requirements:Assess customers' needs and present suitable promoted productsLiaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysisConduct presentations and training sessions to stakeholders (MCAs, PAs, midwives, doctors) on our productWork with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing messageBuild positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision making processKeep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedbackLobbying for orders in government/private hospitals.Coordinate with sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.Requirements and skillsB.sc – Chemistry /Biology / Pharma Technician – from reputed instituteKnowledge of MS Office- PowerPoint presentationExcellent communication, negotiation and sales skillsHighly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in salesStrong organizational and time management skills. Good human and interpersonal relationshipKnowledge of Pharmaceutical products and working experience in sales/ Marketing Able to drive the vehicle & should have valid driving license.Experience Level Minimum 1 year of working experience in pharmaceutical company, but fresher can also apply.Employment Time: Full TimeLocation: TakoradiSalary Range: GHC2000 + incentive (negotiable)
