Job Description
Promote and Show Properties to Prospective Tenants
Advertise and Fill Vacant premises
Keep Rental at Optimum Capacity and Frequent Inspection of Premises at all Times
Implement Marketing Initiatives to Achieve Occupancy Goals
Maintain In-Depth Knowledge of Market Conditions
Ensure Security of Premises and Maintain Security Devices
Ensure the Premises is ready for New Occupants
Negotiate and Ensure to Follow Up all Required Paperwork for New Tenants
Maintain and comply with all statutory requirements
Enforce Terms of Rental Agreements
Ensure Timely Payments and Collections
Monitor and Complete Maintenance and Repairs Timeously and Cost-effectively
Minimize Rental Arrears
Ensure Utility Bills are paid on Time
Qualification and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing/Accounting from recognised institutions
At least three (3) years relevant work experience and must be computer literate
Working Knowledge of Contracts and Agreements
Working Knowledge of Building and Grounds Maintenance
Computer Proficiency Including MS Office
Ability to Take Initiative
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Punctual, Hardworking with High Energy Levels
Attention to Detail, fast learner and confident
Salary Range: Gh 700 Plus Commission
