Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the companys objectives, focusing on digital and traditional channels to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.Brand Management: Oversee all aspects of brand management, including positioning, voice, and visual identity, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all platforms.Digital Marketing Excellence: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns, to drive traffic and engagement.Content Creation & Management: Direct the creation of engaging marketing content across various channels, ensuring content is on-brand, diverse, and effectively targets our key demographics.Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics to track campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and demonstrate ROI.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment.Partnership & Relationship Building: Cultivate and manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to support marketing objectives.
