Job Description
Supervise the lounge in a highly professional manner to ensure that customers can expect the highest quality of service through efficient management of staff and continuous improvement to product and services
Ensure that defined customer lounge service standards and brand aspirations are achieved and maintained at all times
Staff supervision - Lead, coach and motivate lounge staff including assist with hiring and training of staff, ensuring adherence to company rules, regulations and standards.
Conduct performance appraisals of lounge staff and handle performance issues.
Ensure operational standards through well-defined staff rostering, regular lounge briefings etc.
Qualification and Requirements
Previous experience working in a hospitality role
The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail
Ability to lead, supervise and motivate staff, while working effectively as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
