Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Draft various lease contracts (house lease, advertising space lease,
third-party cooperation contract), contract custody and filing
Handle business such as company registration and license application
Draft contracts with the company's suppliers
Collect and analyze legal information related to the company's business and
provide professional opinions in accordance with the company's situation, and
put forward preventive measures in time for problems that may arise
Investigate and deal with serious illegal acts of company employees. For
acts of corruption, bribery, dereliction of duty, with
the approval of the company's general manager, be responsible for assisting
relevant judicial organs to pursue corresponding legal responsibilities
Assist the company to establish various systems
Assist the company to handle the credit investigation of the cooperation
unit
Establish a good relationship with judicial management and relevant
government departments to create a good judicial environment for the company
Deal with other legal issues that may arise
