It Support Engineer

Duties: * To upgrade PCs, which includes performing on-site PC hardware installation/upgrade, OS image cloning, software or application programs installation, data migration and data erasure activities
* To assist in relocation of PC and other IT equipment for redeployment, and update IT inventory after hardware upgrade, replacement or redeployment;
* To perform Notes mail system migration
* To perform the general PC support to end users
* To prepare documents on support statistics and incident logging

Requirements:

* F.5 / DSE / Diploma in IT or above
* At least 2 years technical knowledge and solid hands-on working experience in configuration, support and administration of desktop application including but limited to Windows 7 / 8/ 10, MS Office 2013 / 2016
* Solid experience in implementing and supporting file, print and user authentication servers built on MS Windows 2008 / 2012
* Good technical knowledge in IT security, network and infrastructural systems
* Good analyst and communication skills
