Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager would be in-charge of providing the Human Resource needs of this organisation.

Job Description
Provide advice, guidance and support to the Managing Director on all
HR related issues.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures f.
Educate staff on all existing HR policies and procedures.
Facilitate the recruitment and orientation of new employees.
Maintain staff by coaching and counseling them when necessary.
Build a high performance culture by instituting a robust Performance
Management System.
Conduct regular market surveys to ensure that compensation and benefits remain competitive.
Put in place mechanisms for monitoring staff attendance.
Facilitate the identification of staff training needs and arrange
appropriate training courses and seminars for staff.
Manage disciplinary and grievance issues in the organization.
Maintain employee records according to the HR policy and labour
laws.
Maintain the work structure by regularly updating job requirements
and job descriptions for all positions.
Establish effective communication lines between management and staff.
Put in place structures for the efficient coordination, administration, tracking and documentation of all staff vacation and other leave.
Ensure that health and safety protocols are maintained for the
safety of all employees.
Constantly monitor staff engagement and ensure the welfare of all
employees in the organization.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.
