Job Description
Oversee company's recruitment progress, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs.
Maintain relationship with and visit high schools, trade schools, college , job fairs and related venues as part of recruiting efforts
Review and approve content and placement of job posting in newspapers, magazines or online media
Updating current and designing new recruitment procedures
Supervising the recruitment team and reporting on its performance
Implement new sourcing methods
Keep track of recruiting metrics
Perform other duties assigned by superior
