Employability Coach

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end admissions process, from application submission to enrollment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective studentsConduct individual and group coaching sessions to assess learners' career goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.Create personalized career development plans for each learner, outlining actionable steps to enhance employability.Deliver workshops and training sessions on resume building, interview preparation, networking, and job search strategies.Stay abreast of industry trends and job market demands to provide relevant and up-to- date advice to learners.Collaborate with other educators and career development professionals to integrate employability skills into the curriculum.Monitor and track learners' progress, providing regular feedback and adjustments to their career development plans.Assist in organizing career fairs, networking events, and other activities to connect learners with potential employers.Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, progress reports, and success stories.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in career counseling, human resources, education, or a related field.Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience as a career coach, employability coach, or similar role.Strong understanding of current job market trends, industry requirements, and employer expectations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Demonstrated ability to create and deliver engaging workshops and training sessions.Familiarity with various career assessment tools and resources.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.NB:To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter to ******.
