An urgent and exciting opportunity for a luxury property opening October 2019.
THE ROLE

To manage all aspects of the resort's F&B operation including:
· Daily operations management of the F&B outlets
· Budgeting, forecasting and P&L management
· Staff recruitment, management, training and development
· Planning sales and marketing activities, including events and promotions calendars
· Reviewing existing concepts and making proposals for new concepts
· Developing all menus, beverage lists and any collateral needs
· Meeting the company’s high standards for guest satisfaction
· Ensuring that all Health & Safety and Hygiene standards and practices are in place and adhered to

CANDIDATE PROFILE
· Experience: 5 years similar experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, preferably in a hotel/ resort or cruise ship
· Hands on management style and experienced in managing multiple food and beverage outlets for a 250+ room five-star resort
· Proficient in food costing and budget preparation
· Creative and innovative.
· Good training and mentoring skills, capable of being a strong role model
· Asian experience a definite advantage
