Details of the offer

Duties: * Provide technical support including data center operations, equipment maintenance and service provisioning
* To perform day-to-day data centre routine duties such as system backup, server reboot, facilities checks, etc
* To monitor the healthiness on the facilities, computer systems, and scheduled batch job execution
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

* Diploma or above with IT-related subjects
* At least 1 year of IT operation support experience in data centre environment
* 7 x 24 shift duty is required
* Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese)
* HK permanent resident is required
