Geographically diversified with a balanced exposure to developed and developing markets, we leverage the collective strengths of approximately 200,000 employees based in more than 50 countries worldwide.Job DescriptionAll governance processes and documentation are followed and completed to ensure that all physical movement of inventory is correctly reflected in Syspro, this includes but are not limited to raw materials, finished goods, containers and pallets.Key Responsibilities:Ensure full adherence to all physical pre-stock stake processes across all sitesFollow up, collate and analyze all actions resulting from pre-stock take reports & meetingsEnsure all known adjustments are done prior to stock count and no movements are done during counting periodsEnsure that the GIT account is clean and up to date with only valid entries at month endFacilitate and participate in daily/weekly/monthly stock counts of all raw materials, finished goods, empties and pallets on rotational ad-hoc schedule to verify accuracy of counts and processEnsure that all post goods issues have been processed for all deliveries and driver correctionsDevelop and implement a process whereby all delivery notes have been checked and accounted forReport and sign off on missing and unsigned invoices monthlyEnsure that process exists so that all daily load plans and distribution gate registers have been checked are on fileFollow up on all T1 GIT shipments if not receivedConfirm inter depot movements with all sites on monthly basisEnsure missing, broken and foreign surveys are conducted according to policyEnsure this survey results are captured daily into the survey sheet and report monthly on survey summaryVerify daily/weekly/monthly that all returns are credited correctly and that inventory levels reflects returns, both pallets and returnable glassSign of monthly on the reconciliation together with logistics manager and ensure its filedManage destruction and repair processes with clear cost tracking across all sitesManage contractor performance, reconciliation and paymentTrack time that pallets spend in trade as well as quantity in trade per customerTrack, count and report monthly on the number of pallets currently at each siteAnnually review the Standard Operating Procedure for pallet management and ensure all parties are alignedFacilitate monthly all logistics supplier reconciliations between Mubex team and in country team and report on any riskFollow up weekly with sites and planning team on open Purchase Order's and ensure Goods Received Notes are done in timeCarry out Routine System stock take as per NBL Inventory management ProcedureEnsure minimum TAT (turnaround time) at Documentation Level/ DeskRespond to Emergency call-outs and be familiar with the company accident procedureReconciling system and physical stocksOrder processing and invoicingExpensing of warehouse and transit breakages-expense issuesProcessing trade complaints, expired stocks and stock returnsFiling of trade complaints, Finished Bottle Inspector notes and customer credit notesDaily Balancing of system stocks with physical warehouse stocksQualifications3 Year relevant degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/FinanceFinance & Audit experienceMinimum of 3 years' experience in inventory controls & process controlsHigh level of computer literacy (MS Office, Syspro, Teams, etc.)Syspro proficientFluent in EnglishStrong numerical capabilities especially around reconciliationsStrong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal skillsHigh level of attention to detailAbility to work under pressureAbility to adapt to change effectivelyResults orientedExcellent coaching capabilityAdditional InformationAB InBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made inline with AB InBev employment equity plan and talent requirements.The advert has minimum requirements listed.
