A catering company seeks the service of chef/cook/caterer for immediate employment.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Qualified applicant shall perform the duties that are detailed below that include (but not limited to);
Cook mouth watering dishes on a large scale
Cook both local or continental dishes
Employs food safety best practices and makes sure that all kitchen staff members do the same
Selects choice ingredients that will give dishes the best flavor
Determines how much food to order and maintains an appropriate supply at all times
Keeps up with trends in cooking and the restaurant business to ensure that guests have a positive experience
Works quickly and accurately during busy periods
Qualification and Requirement
A minimum of Diploma in Catering or related field
At least 3 years working experience in a similar role
NB: Accommodation will be provided
