Job Summary This position has responsibility to preparation and Standards In accordance with the ISO format and activities to improve the performance of production (Q, C, D, S) and personal development.Job Description 1. Manages the policy and rules of environment including the regulations of the environmental standards.2. Manages the policy and rules of quality including the regulations of the quality standards.3. Proceed by following and safety function of electrical or electronic components.4. Manages the policy and rules of Safety and Sanitation fields.5. TC and DOJO : Support Training, Coordinate with other departments to manage Training is going according to plan, Follow database improve, report yearly and Trainer.6. Audit : Support audit, Finding standard by 4M change, revision leaves the audit, improve audit plan and audit check list.7. ISO : Monitor and improve the central standard production in order to comply with ISO, audit support system from both inside and outside and Trainer as auditor ISO.8. QCC and Kaizen: creating activity patterns. To improve QCD, reduce 3MU and training to motivate employees may be involved, coordination between various departments for implementation of the sheet, update the database as standard.9. Improve production efficiency and quality.10. Planning to improve employees’ skills and work improvements.11. Joy in production activities, inside or outside department as well such as Kaizen, QCC and 5S.12. Solve and prevent trouble things continuously.13.
