Job Description
WHAT IS BUBBLE TEA? - Bubble tea is a tea-based drink with chewy tapioca balls or a wide range of other toppings.

Prepare premium tea and boba to make delicious Bubble Tea following recipes precisely and consistently
Prep sauces, fruits, snacks, and other items
Daily back of house tasks - cleaning equipment, mop, sweep, wipe clean, etc.
Keep work area clean, sanitized, organized
Handle food/drinks safely and follow health codes and guidelines
Following verbal and written instructions to maintain product quality and consistency
Handle cash register
Answer phones, Organize orders, and coordinate deliveries
Deliver impeccable hospitality to our guests and your coworkers while being authentic, energetic, friendly, transparent, and create genuine relationships and conversations
Share your tea knowledge with our guests and get them excited about our brand
