Biomedical Sales Engineer/ Medical Sales Rep

Responsibilities:Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling medical and laboratory devices.Develop a thorough understanding of our product portfolio, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals to showcase the value of our solutions.Stay abreast with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.Analyze market needs and feedback from customers to contribute to the development of new products or improvements to existing ones.Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation of products.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.Prepare regular reports and updates for management on sales performance and market trends.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering or Life Sciences or any related field.Proven experience in medical sales, preferably with a focus on medical and laboratory devices will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to understand and articulate technical information to a non-technical audience.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
