Assistant Project Manager (Business Intelligence)

The shortlisted candidate will be assigned to Government projects to facilitate the project implementation of the Government systems.

Duties:

* To assist the PM in managing the project
* To assist the PM to monitor the progress of all related activities for the implementation
* To assist the PM to prepare and document user requirements and to monitor project progress in
* accordance with the implementation plan
* To assist the PM to monitor the performance of the Contractor including the achievement of milestones, quality of deliverables and other related activities
* To assist the PM to conduct quality control measures for the Project
* To perform project administration and prepare relevant documentation
* To liaise with internal and external parties during the implementation of the Project
* To conduct relevant system data analysis and formulate statistical reports
* To assist in testing activities for the implementation of the Project
* Any other related duties for the implementation of the Project

Requirements:

* Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Applied Computing or Computing Studies or Information Systems or Information Technology, or equivalent
* At least 6 years post-qualification IT experience of which 3 years must be in comparable capacity
* A minimum of 3 years business intelligence / data mining and Oracle DB working experience
* Solid experience in PL/SQL
* At least 1 year working experience in mission critical system preferable
* Good written English & Chinese and fluent spoken English & Cantonese
