Alarm Technician

Responsibilities:Making sure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations and best industrypractice/standards.Installing security and safety alarm systems.Respond to emergency service calls.Maintain and document works performed.Completing all assignments in a timely manner.Performing inspections and diagnosing any problems.Completing full installations.Travelling occasionally to customer locations.Reading, understanding, and following product manuals.Educating customers on care and maintenance.Writing service and status reports.Analyzing plans.Provide excellent customer service.Testing all features and equipment to ensure optimum functioning.Other duties as assignedInstall security alarm systemsDiagnose and repair alarm systemsPerform regular inspections and maintenanceProvide customer serviceRespond to emergency service callsTest fire alarm systems and componentsAnalyzing plansInstall electrical components and equipmentMaintain a clean and safe workspaceMaintains records of work performedProviding quotes and estimates to clientsRequirements:Associate or technical degree.Track record of excellent customer service.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.Alarm system experience.Valid drivers license.A willingness to work after hours and on weekends on short notice.Salary Range:AttractiveEmployment Type:Full TimeLocation:Accra
